Acupuncture has been proven to treat a variety of health conditions, chronic and acute. It can be used as a main or complimentary source of treatment. The number one benefit being: it has no side effects. If you’re looking for a way to heal or improve your health through an integrative approach; taking into account your whole health picture then Chinese Medicine is for you. As a practitioner my goal is to understand the patient for everything they are. A combination of genetics, activity, diet, age, medications, mental health, stress level, sleeping patterns, and current biomedical diagnosis(s). From the very first session we will work together to understand how to heal you from a totally individualized approach.
PERFORMANCE
Sports performance based acupuncture focuses on reducing existing pain, inflammation and fatigue; while enhancing circulation, muscle recovery and flexibility. Specific muscular "trigger" points have been mapped throughout the body, stimulating nerve activity that can lead to quicker reflexes, improved coordination, and greater mobility. Whether you're healing a new injury, managing an old one, or looking to get an edge- acupuncture is vital to active longevity.

Cosmetic acupuncture is the holistic alternative to anti-aging and complexion care. It works by stimulating the production of collagen via micro injury to the skin, increasing blood flow, and promoting immune responses that reduce inflammation. Unlike botox and filler there are no side effects, and the goal is to create small natural changes over a period of time resulting in a smoother, firmer, brighter appearance.

DAcCHM, L.Ac, Dipl. Ac. (NCCAOM)
I was born and raised in San Diego, CA where I obtained my "Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine" (MSAOM) at “Pacific College of Health and Science". I moved to Virginia Beach in 2022 with my husband where I finally became a Licensed Acupuncturist and Diplomate of Acupuncture (NCCAOM). I first found eastern medicine as a teenager to help manage my auto-immune disease. Since then I’ve studied all disciplines of Oriental Medicine including: acupuncture, herbs, tui na, cupping, and TCM food therapy. Wanting to dive deeper due to my own success with Chinese herbs in specific, I completed my "Doctor of Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Medicine Specialization" (DAcCHM) degree in 2024 through "Pacific College of Health and Science". My passion is auto-immune symptom management, musculoskeletal injuries, and mental health. My goal is to bring all the joy and healing of eastern medicine to each of my patients through individualized treatments - encompassing mind, body, and spirit.
